I recently purchased a 2018 "F" type convertible. My sales guide, Jeff Knollman, provided excellent customer service, communications and support. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses anymore and it was nice to find great customer service @ Jaguar/LandRover Cincinnati. This dealership is very friendly and makes the buying experience very comfortable. They have a beautiful state-of-the-art showroom which adds to the ambience and comfort. If you're interested in a Jaguar or LandRover, make sure you stop in and see the professionals here! I just recently had my annual car maintenance check up and once again, Jayme and Lee extended professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. This dealership has a very professional and personal staff!

I recently visited dealership and i received terrific service from Ali Clarke and Ricky Baumgardner (Sales Manger). Ali was so patient with my wife and I, as we asked so many questions. She explained everything very clearly and was very understanding. Ricky, too, was so welcoming from the very beginning and extremely helpful through everything. They both gave us incredible service and we are very thankful for all of the help we received.

My car just got serviced and checked after a small incident driving over a tire on I75 :/ My service manager was Lee. It was an absolute pleasure working with him! Very attentive to my concerns, thorough and prompt in providing answers, quote and service. My car also got detailed and ____ (sorry I didn't get his name) did a beautiful job. Thanks to all involved!

I came in to look at the Jag F pace and worked with Jim Rutter. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the SUV. During the test drive he talked to me about all of the attributes of the vehicle. He discussed them in comparison to other brands which I am familiar with. This was incredibly helpful for me in making my decision to make the purchase. Jim’s very professional and detail oriented in managing the entire transaction. We had great help from the IT guys in setting up the app and I’m able to use all the tools available day 1. It’s a great place to buy a luxury vehicle!Thanks Jim!
