I picked up my 2015 F-Type CPO on Saturday. What a beautiful vehicle. Michael Hamlin my sales guide worked with me diligently to get me in this car. He fullfilled all my requested concerns about small blemishes. He supplied me with touch up paint and all the service records. Look him up if you're in the market. He is very responsive to questions and works hard to earn your business. Love the experience so much I went back for a second purchase. This time I purchased a 2016 XF S AWD CPO for my wife for Christmas. Michael was my go to guy again. My wife looked at the car on 12/22/18 and I drove it off the lot on 12/24/18. Showed up at the house with a big red bow on it.
We have dealt with Rich Allen for over 12 years and we just purchased our 5th vehicle from him. I enjoyed my visit to the dealership. i worked with Jeff Knollman who was both knowledgeable and a great guy. Jeff had answers to all of my concerns and made the purchase of my Jaguar easy and fun. I was referred to them buy a friend who has purchased cars from them for many years and would join him in sending other friends to them.
I waited 2 hours for my vehicle because there were no service vehicles available. I did not mind because my favorite service technician, Jamie Fox, has always helped me out since I purchased my Range Rover! I was so glad to see his smiling face back in the service department.
