I am one of the longest customer with Jaguar Land Rover , Cincinnati since they opened dealership for Land Rover in 1989-90.I bought 9 wheicles in the past 27 years including the most recent Range Rover 2017. Needless to say I am very satisfied with each transaction.I live about 3.5 hours away from dealership, but every service trip the staff make me feel at home, accommodate to my needs and make my 7 hours road trip worthwhile. I like the wheicle, the new show room and service department and provide the same service tech ( Stan ) each time when I asked.Driving about 3.5 hours for each service, each trip was made pleasant and complete, Every one in service dept. understand my time and effort and take great care of my cars as well as me too. Purchased my first vehicle (2020 Jaguar F-Pace) from Jaguar-Land Rover Cincinnati and the buying experience was like no other I have had. There were no high-pressure selling tactics, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision throughout the buying process. The entire staff I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Internet Manager Anna Leatherbee replied to my initial online inquiry promptly and professionally. Sales Executive Glen Sullivan patiently showed me a couple of different vehicles I was interested in and answered all of my questions without trying to pressure me into buying "today." Glen was also very thorough in showing me all of the bells and whistles included in my F-Pace after I made the purchase. Sales Manager Nikki Leper worked with me on the deal which I felt was very fair, and Finance Manager Andrew Giacomo was very easy to deal with when it came time to sign the papers.Overall, an excellent buying experience!

I live in Louisville, but bought my car in Land Rover Cincinnati. I tried saving myself drive time once by taking my car to the dealership in Louisville, but I did not experience the same service or kindness. It is worth it, to me, to drive for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at Cincinnati. Cheyenne helped me this past time and he was so kind, gave me some good tips about my car, and set me up with a place to work while I was waiting for my car to be finished. JLR Cincy quickly and professionally serviced my EPace. My service advisor, Charlene Salyers, was friendly and efficient.The best part of the experience was driving the 2020 FPace loaner. The upgraded features have me seriously considering purchasing a new vehicle. As an extra bonus, I was even given recommendations on great places to checkout for lunch.
