The service at Land Rover is amazing - they make it all so easy from start to finish. My service rep, Jayme Fox always lets me know the exact issues and costs associated. The parts manager, Chris, always makes sure he is finding me the best part at the best cost. I leave knowing my auto is fixed and safe after any service appointment.

The service I receive at Land Rover of Cincinnati has always been consistent. Service advisors, Tony and Jamie along with Eddie the lot technician take excellent care of me and my cars. Because of their highly professional attention to detail and always resolving the mechanical and maintenance issues, I will continue to purchase Range Rovers or Land Rovers.

Always professional. Always sincere. Always excellent at correcting the rare problem that pops up. Quickly too. Straight forward....no BS. Highly recommend. They were booked on appointments for another month, but worked in our LR4 when they could. Charlene made sure we were kept posted. She proved a thorough explanation of what the problem was and what they did to resolve it. Fantastic team!

They are the best. Service quality is good. Even when I have minor things like filling the washer fluid, changing keys battery, they are very attentive. I have now done 3 services and all of them was done to the quality. Its a very professional, friendly service center and they have the latest models of every Land Rover Jaguar Car
