I would give them 10 stars if i could! I had the pleasure of having JEFF for my salesman of the Range Rover Evoque Convertible. He was amazing from start to finish. This being the first time buying a car from an ad online, never seeing or driving the car i was quite apprehensive. But all that went away due to his special care, professionalism, knowledge and just plain kindness! ! I flew in to Cincinnati and drove back to Maine in awe of what had just happened!!! He even took like 2 hours out of his busy day to show me how to use all the many different features of the vehicle!!! Right?! What salesman does that?!? It’s refreshing knowing there are still kind hearted people that are willing to go out of there way to make u feel special! Also special shout outs to Mrs. Pam the receptionist and Derick the finance guy, they were terrific as well! So if you’re shopping for a new/used vehicle, GO THERE, ask for JEFF and sit back and enjoy the experience!

I saw a car online that I wanted to look at. I made an appointment and when I got to the dealership the car was parked out front, very clean. Jeff showed me some of the features and I took it out for a drive.The show room is very clean. Masks and social distancing required. I bought the car and the whole process was seamless. I tried saving myself drive time once by taking my car to the dealership in Louisville, but I did not experience the same service or kindness. It is worth it, to me, to drive for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at Cincinnati. Cheyenne helped me this past time and he was so kind, gave me some good tips about my car, and set me up with a place to work while I was waiting for my car to be finished. I just recently traded in my Mini Countryman (which I really enjoyed around town), since I needed a more comfortable car for my job for driving long distance and the fact that I owned a Jaguar in the past and currently own a Land Rover. I decided it was time to get back to the car that made me happy on long drives and around town.I stopped in to see Jeff Knollman whom I have talked to a few times in the past. (I wanted to find an XFR used but they never seem to come in) Well he had a nice Certified Used 2013 XF with sport package that well I really enjoyed. I liked it so much that after just a short drive I figured I better take it home with me. We worked out a deal that I was extremely happy with and then I figured I better let my wife know my plans... :) so I drove the car home while they checked out my trade in. My wife liked it, she was just happy I didn't buy a car with no warranty. (I was looking at a slightly used car with no warranty and she didn't approve) I have to say working with Jeff was a real pleasure, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. Already one week into ownership and I can say that there are no complaints with the dealership at all or with the car. Rides and handles extremely well, even though I have almost twice the horsepower that my Mini had, as long as I don't push it hard I have averaged about the same fuel economy. Not bad in my book.Thanks Jeff for all you did in assisting me in my new Jaguar Purchase, I grin from ear to ear every time I push the start button.
